Say if the Sales Rep wants to know the contacts in the company, the user selects the

“Contact” menu from the “Quick Links” on the screen. Note that when the user does that

the top-left portlet now displays “CustomerPerson” menu indicating that the user is now at

(working on) the Customer Person business object.

Listed, as a link is the contact within the company. Also published are the title, telephone

number and address.
